ICU Notebook makes clinical reference tools for nurses. This page explains what data we collect, why, and how to remove it.
When you buy something, Gumroad (our payment platform) shares your name, email address, and purchase details with us so we can send you your download and provide support. We don't collect anything else — no passwords, no health data, no tracking cookies on this site.
We use your email to deliver your purchase and to respond if you contact us for support. That's it. We don't use your information for advertising and we don't sell it.

Google Workspace powers our support email (carlos@ariacapitalholdings.com). Google's policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
AI processing: We may use AI tools to help draft support replies. When we do, we will disclose it here. Currently disabled pending full disclosure review.
Support records are kept for 12 months, then deleted.
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time. Email carlos@ariacapitalholdings.com with the subject "Data Request" and we'll respond within 5 business days.
